Local Government Information Technology South Australia Inc. (LGITSA) runs two annual conferences each year, creating opportunities for Local Government Information Technology and Information Management professionals and sponsors to come together, network, share and present projects, learnings and collaborative opportunities. Conferences are curated and run by the LGITSA committee, with event management and coordination by Think Purple Solutions. Presentations include international keynotes, local suppliers and a large number of presentations a sessions by professionals from local, South Australian Councils.
The LGITSA October conference runs over two days, including sponsor expo area and focused streams for Information Technology and Information Management. It also includes the annual LGITSA awards and gala event, celebrating innovation and excellence across Local Government IT and IM. The May workshop includes keynote and industry presentations, with a strong focus on Local Government initiatives and developing collaborative outcomes through workshop format sessions.
