
LGITSA Board
The LGITSA Board prides itself on diversity and is comprised of professionals from a number of Local Government Council’s within South Australia. The committee currently has members representing both regional and metro councils, elected from the entire membership every year at the Annual General Meeting.
The Board aims to develop and work on various initiatives for topics and projects to provide value for its members. Planned initiatives will encourage others from the wider membership to contribute to specific projects and activities.

Naomi Molloy
President
City of Unley
Returning for her fourth year on the LGITSA Committee, Naomi brings invaluable experience to the organisation’s leadership team.
As a Finance Systems Analyst at the City of Unley and 2023 LGITSA High Achiever of the Year, Naomi’s dedication to strategy, governance, administration, and leadership is a significant factor in LGITSA’s ongoing growth. Her extensive experience in local government helps LGITSA deliver real outcomes for the IT and IM community.
Daniel Brinkworth

Returning as Vice-President for his second year, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the LGITSA Board.
As Acting Manager Information Services at the Mount Barker District Council, Daniel is passionate about organisational management, innovation, and continuous strategic improvement. With extensive experience in delivering IT infrastructure and solutions in the local government setting, Daniel brings an in-depth technical knowledge to the LGITSA leadership team.
Doris Hajszan

Mount Barker District Council
Returning to her position as LGITSA’s Treasurer, Doris brings a deep understanding of ICT systems and their role within local governments in South Australia.
In her role as Team Leader of Information Communication Technology (ICT) at the Mount Barker District Council, Doris helps manage the ongoing development of all ICT related systems, services, hardware, and technical infrastructure, ensuring they are proactively reviewed and maintained.

Having been on the LGITSA Committee since 2021, Danielle has been re-elected as Secretary for the 2023-24 term.
As Information Management Lead – Projects & Improvement at the City of Charles Sturt, Dannielle helps deliver ongoing internal development and transformation. Her dedication and experience are invaluable to LGITSA, ensuring outputs and events can be streamlined for the benefit of all members.
Ben Cowley
City of Tea Tree Gully
Returning for another term on the LGITSA Committee, Ben’s contributions continue to drive our organisation forwards.
As a Business Analyst for the City of Tea Tree Gully, Ben’s expertise in defining and assessing project specifications and requirements provides valuable insights to the LGITSA leadership team. Ben’s customer-focused and process-driven methodologies enable the best outcomes for the LGITSA membership base.
Ben was also a member of the team that jointly took out our Best Lessons Learnt Award at the 2023 LGITSA Gala Awards, for the City of Tea Tree Gully’s project entitled “Six little stories that sound familiar” or “Things we should have learned by now”.
Emma Rennie
Town of Gawler
Returning to the LGITSA Committee once again, Emma brings invaluable cross-industry and government experience to the organisation’s leadership team.
As the Town of Gawler’s Governance, Information and Business Improvement Manager, Emma leads internal ICT and IM functions, encouraging best practices, cost-effective solutions, and organisational sharing and innovation. Emma’s work with both local and state governments ensures she brings a considered and strategic insight to the LGITSA Committee.
Chris James
City of West Torrens
As a founding member of LGITSA, the inaugural Vice President, and former President of the Committee, Chris is no stranger to LGITSA’s leadership team. A Life Member, Chris is passionate about delivering value to IT and IM professionals working in local governments within South Australia.
Currently Information Services Manager at the City of West Torrens, Chris is a respected presence in the IT sector, offering a wealth of experience and invaluable insights to the ongoing development of LGITSA and its members.
James Roberts
City of Tea Tree Gully
With over six years on the LGITSA Committee, James brings considerable experience and organisational knowledge to LGITSA’s leadership team.
As Manager of Business Systems and Solutions at the City of Unley, James has been pivotal in delivering internal change and priority projects for the benefit of the local community. James is an important contributor to the LGITSA Board.
James has also been part of project teams responsible for winning several of LGITSA’s prestigious awards, jointly taking out the Best Lessons Learnt Award for ‘A Smart City Plan Driven by Our Community’, and winning the Information Management Award for ‘Classification Clarity: Making ECM & GDS40 work for our people’ and the Digital Transformation Award, for ‘Streamlining Employee Onboarding’.
Vicki Dunhill
Renmark Paringa Council
Vicki is an experienced Information Management and Cemetery Officer with expertise in data governance, record management, and community engagement. Over the past 16 years, she has worked with the Courts Administration Authority and South Australian Police before transitioning to Local Government nearly four years ago—a move that Vicki has truly enjoyed.
At Renmark Paringa Council, Vicki led the transition to a nearly paperless environment, driven by her passion for streamlining processes. Vicki thrives on developing innovative solutions that enhance information management for everyone.
In her current role, Vicki also oversees cemetery operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing meaningful community support. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, visiting cemeteries, and pursuing historical research.

I am an experienced IT manager with more than 24 years of experience and possess extensive IT knowledge, strong business support and project management abilities within different industries including Electronics, Iron and Steel, State and Local Government. My expertise lies in creating IT Strategies, Managing Cyber Risk programs, Implementing complex IT projects and process improvements to enhance performance and quality.
Aaron Myers

Aaron combines six years of local government experience with thirteen years of managed service provider expertise in his role as iServices Business Systems Administrator at the City of Mount Gambier. His active engagement with LGITSA’s platforms and events demonstrates his commitment to fostering collaboration across councils.

As Information Management Officer at the City of Unley, Jocelyn brings enthusiasm for innovation, business improvement, automation, and AI to the board. Bringing over 30 years of IT experience, Paul has been instrumental in the City of Victor Harbor’s digital transformation journey.
